[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Negligence towards customer | |||
This is regarding the second premium, which we had paid in 16/06/2013 in PORVORIM branch of reliance composite insurance broking ltd. But due to their negligence the amount went into suspence account. From august we have been asking about it but every time they would say that the premium has been paid, even though on the website it showed contract lapsed & even now it shows the same. So we went to the PANJIM branch in the 1st week of MARCH 2014 to sort out the whole thing. Then the PANJIM branch asked to fill DECLARATION OF STATE OF HEALTH form to revive the lapse policy, which was submitted 2 weeks back. They assured within 4-5 days this matter would be solved, but till now nothing has been done. & we are still getting messages from RELIANCE HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI to revive the policy before 31st MARCH 2014 Was this information helpful? | |||
