[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — not able to open my relieving letter

As per instructions i've entered the user id as sap code and password as my pan no. But still i'm not able to have an access to my relieving letter.
My sap code is 70314490. I'm was an employee of reliance nippon life insurance corp.
I need it to apply for some other job and it is quite urgent.
Kindly look forward to assist me with my relieving letter.

I have opened RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE GUARANTEED MONEY BACK PLAN policy in the year of 2013 and discontinued after that .kindly send me in details how to claim the first premium which i have paid. the policy made on 31st jan 2013.
