[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — Not issued Relieving letter and Settlement

Dear Sir/Madam,

Company has Accepted my Resgnation but not Issuing the relieving letter, Employee code 70600495, Territory Manager Bangalore MG Road. Due to my Health Issue I have applied for leave, after 1month Dr told me to Be on Rest still .once I spoke to Reporting manager she told to regsine the job further leave can't to approve. Has per There instructions I put my Resignation on 14th April 2021 has per company policy I need to serve notice period of 30days . Due to my health condition I submitted my medical certificate and continue the leave till April 28th . By that time I received the mail stating that my Resgnation is accepted and am relieved from the Duty, Dt :20/04/2021from Hr. Further to this I took Mail Resignation acceptance Dt. May 10th 2021.
After this When I approached for Relieving letter and my Settlement Company has send my Recovery amount letter . Once they Relieve us on medical grounds they r not Suppose to ask us Recovery, if also they should ask Basic . My Basic Salary is 19500/ But company has my amount of 33000/ . Please look into this and do the needful. Seeking help in getting Relieving letter.
