Dear sir, I have paid my Reliance Policy No. 19047605 namely Swapna Kukutla for an amount of Rs. 25227/- on 13/06/2018 at 5:00 P. M. (online payment) but I did not received any receipt of payment or any updation/message/mail for the payment. Plz rectify the issue immediately by sending the receipt of payment to my mobile no.
