[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — policy is matured but no reply from concerned team | |||
I have taken a Policy (Child Plan[protected], the agent has given the false details, inspite of that i have cleared all the premiums and the policy is matured on 28 September. They have assured that after completing the policy duration the money will be credited to my bank account within 2 days but i did not receive I have reached the Himayatnagar office for furthur proceedings but none has responded properly. No one gives the details of maturity and payment details. Before taking the policy they were behind me until i took the plolicy and While paying the premiums they have taken easily. Now they are giving the maturity amount, half of the amount is reduced for no reason. customer care asks for all information and tell that there is no information available in the system.
