[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — regarding- wrong name in policy | |||
Sir, my name in policy no[protected] is wrongly printed by your side, in stead of all the documents submitted by me. The name in policy should be "ARUN KUMAR" but is misprinted as ARUN. Therefore I request you to kindly do the needful to correct my name. l have already submitted my KYC documents at the time of issuing policy. I have visited at branch office and the branch official present at that time asked me to submit the KYC documents again.
