I placed an order with Reliance's Jio mart on their app for products worth Rs. 3127.5 on date 17 March 2021, order number[protected]A, invoice no. TNC[protected].
The order said delivery expected by 21 March. but to my surprise the order was not delivered untill 22 March.
Then in the afternoon I raised a complaint on the customer care email: [protected]@jiomart.com.
Like any customer care I was assured resolution to the issue at the earliest, to which I was waiting. However, on 24 March, I got a call and message (SMS) from the customer care +[protected] with assurance that I will get the refund tomorrow i.e. 25 March. But, that too did not happen.
I have been writing to the customer care emails for my refund to which I get their reply that the refund has been processed and I shall wait for 7 working days.
When I asked them for the refund reference number, date and other details related to the refund, they have not provided any detail.
Rather, I get the same reply to every mail saying that I shall wait for 7 working days.
Such reputable company has not addressed this issue as seriously as it was supposed to be.
I feel cheated and mislead with their discounts and offers of cashback if I placed a prepaid order with HDFC cards.
Had I placed this order for Cash on delivery, there wouldn't have been as much harsament to me as it is now.
I strongly believe that this company is misleading many other consumers with the same offers as it has done to me.
It is my money and I am worried about it day and night.
