    2- When Did the Issue Happened ?
    31st December 2023.
    Time: In between 5:30PM to 6:00PM.(Evening)

    3- What Happened ?
    I have choosen Priya biryani masla paste, gold winner cooking oil and Priya Non-Veg veg curry masala paste.After choosing these items i whent to the billing section.
    The guy scanned the items and i asked what is the price of Priya Non-Veg curry masala cost, the guy answered 40 rupees then i said 35 rupees MRP printed on the pocket you guys are charging 5 rupees extra what is happening here i asked then the guy replied this item is in call lock i cannot change the price what am i suppose to do the database is showing the price and i have to follow it.
    Pay 40 rupees and take the item or else you may take the other brand. The way he is telling he is ordering. Then i said call your manager. The guy came and i asked him what is this last time(25 days back) the same issue happened(same product) that time he refunded me and apologize that some of our customers are coming with the same issue next time it will never happen again trust me he said.
    I replied him that raise the escalation for the person who is entering the prices in the database. I have seen the bill and i am asking about this.
    What about the other people who are not checking the bill because just because of trust on the company .How much money you people are earning from the customers by this kind of fradulant activity.

    4- How am I affected ?
    Now Again the same issue happened this time 5 rupees increased per pocket. I have taken 10 pockets to purchase.

    Luckily I checked before billing it'self.What happens if i wouldn't check the bill the same price 40 rupees will be collect by billing section which is ultimately lose my money(10 pockets means-50 rupees extra).

    5- What is the Issue ?
    Billing High MRP which is differ from actual MRP printed on the product lable.
    This is Second time happening with the same issue with the same product, Luckily i noticed before billing.

    6- What is the Response from the Management When i Inform about This Issue ?
    The guy who came to talk about this issue is the same guy who came previous time also when the same issue happened.
    He is just saying that this product is in call lock condition so if you want to buy the same product pay 40 rupees and take it or else take the other brand he said.
    I replied him that Last time you guys done the same thing and after reaching home i found you guys are done something wrong which is unethical then I came back asked what is this? you guys refunded me.
    This time luckily luckily I found this fraudulent activity before billing what is happening here i questioned.
    He didn't answered properly he said take another barand.
    I asked his name, he said Surendra then i asked what is your designation here to talk about this issue he is telling i won't tell all those details.
    If my guess is correct he said wrong name I think because he is encouraging the staff to perform all these fraudulent activities and some other guys in that store together doing this kind of activities i think so.
    I will tell the identity of this guy. This guy is short guy with less hair who is sitting inside the chamber with the other employees inside store room.

    What Action the Compy should take for the persons who are doing and involving with this kind of fraudulent activities ?

    1- Terminate all the staff in this store who are involving this kind of activities in the data entry department as well as particularly that guy Surendra take a strong action on him and terminate him immediately. He had shown the bad attitude and his behaviour is irresponsible.
    2- The total employees in the account department of this Store should be terminate immediately.
    3- Conduct strong audit on this store find the fraud guys.
    4- Instruct the guys who are in the billing section that check the MRP on product lable after scanning the product and if the database is showing higher MRP than the actual MRP inform to the store incharge then explain the same thing to the customer in respectable manner during the bill.
    5- Maintain set of STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES to obtain effective customer service in evry reliance smart point to avoid this kind of issues.
    6- This store employees are not showing gratitude towards the company. If they have the gratitude this kind of issues will never happen.All are dishonest and irresponsible.
    7- Train the employees properly that how to speak and how to deal the customer. Because customer is god.
    8- Explain and tarin the employees regarding what is REPUTATION of the company means and how it will affects the company if the employees done this kind of wrong things.

    Conclusion:
    The company will never encourage this kind of activities any how i have loss the trust and respect on the company because of the employees response in the store. I will never come to the Reliance company smartpoint.

      First of all nobody comes to your store, if by mistake people like me end up there we get catcalled. I just went in to buy an aluminium foil and the jobless men standing there in a group started making annoying vague sounds when I approached one of them for the same. OK I somehow ignored humiliation, then the guy throws the aluminium foil at me. OK I ignored. Now the machine is not responding to my successful transaction and he has the audacity to stand there like the world will not move an inch and we won't hand over the product to you in any case. OK I moved on asked to talk to the manager. Brutally denied. He said he's the only incharge there, if there's anybody whom I can talk to is him. How pathetic!

        I bought perfume fogg scent that sealed pack and razors that was sealed packed i wanted to exchange them as sealed pack were showing the gurantee o[censored]nused product in their rules there were written that there is no return on them I didn’t wanted a refund but just an exchange they were extremely rude to us i said that there is no mention on the bill rules that there is no exchange policy i came a bit far from the mart just to exchange my products my time energy all were wasted first they made us wait 20 mins than they said no rudely either they should mention exchange policy clearly or just exchange the product its the waste of time energy and fuel plus they were rude to us

          Am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered concerning my employment information in the Smart Bazar division.

          I applied for a position in the Value Department of Reliance smart point ( Smart Bazar), and although I accepted an offer from another company, I did not join Reliance Retail. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my name and details have been included in the employment portal of Smart Bazar as well as the Employee Provident Fund Organisation without my knowledge or consent. This misinformation has caused complications as my name now appears in the UNA portal, creating a false impression that I am concurrently employed by two companies.

          I want to clarify that I am not working for Reliance Retail and have not been an employee at Smart Bazar. This situation is hindering my current job change process, and I am facing challenges due to the incorrect information in your database.

          I also came in contact with every stage of the reliance office from retail store to Jaipur corporate office but local corporate HR was no help. I also tried to contact Mumbai headquarters and they gave me this email.

          I kindly request your prompt assistance in rectifying this matter. I would appreciate it if you could remove my name and any associated details from the Smart Bazar employment portal and update your records accordingly. This correction is essential for the smooth transition in my career, and I believe it will help avoid any misunderstandings regarding my employment status.

              Today I visited to reliance mart at tolichowki Shaikpet I done payment of 4206rs the billing person also confirmed that payment done and the bill print not came and staff called to manager the manager say that we not received any payment from your side this first I had this issue and I spoken with other manager he it's take time 24hrs or 7 working days I need resolve the problem ASAP

                    Issue : I was made to pay twice, and no refund has been issued to me yet.

                    On 19/10/2023, I shopped at the reliance smart bazaar located in omaxe Mall, patiala, India

                    During payment via UPI, of amount Rs.1344, the amount was deducted from my account but I was told that payment has not been received on their end.
                    I was told to pay again and I paid again.
                    I was told that the amount paid via UPI will be refunded in full.

                    I DID NOT receive any refund.
                    I am calling the manager on a daily basis. He’s giving the same answer every day like its still process . On the day of payment he told me i will get the refund in 15 days and it’s almost a month. Today is 13/11/2023
                    Again, I DID NOT receive any refund.

                    Kindly issue my refund immediately.

                      On 04/11/2023, I shopped at the reliance smart bazaar located in sun City Mall Baddi Himachal Pradesh pincode 173205

                      During payment via UPI, of amount Rs. 1345.75 the amount was deducted from my account but I was told that payment has not been received on their end.
                      I was told to pay again via cash and I paid again.
                      I was told that the amount paid via UPI will be refunded in full. I also share them upi reference no regarding the payment which was already deducted from my account, but staff was adamant to listen. Complaint was registered for the same

                      I DID NOT receive any refund till now as the store manager was telling they will take more then 10 days to process.

                                I had done shopping of Rs.2248.88 from Reliance Mart Wakad on 9 August 2023. And while billing payment got debited but according to executive at billing counter the amount didn't reflect their system. And immediately complain was launched on their internal system but after 15 days also they didn't revert back nor did i get my amount back. I had to take follow-up serval times but there is no response yet. Today almost 2 months passed i didn't any feedback nor did i receive my amount. This is worst experience i experienced.

                                  Issue : I was made to pay twice, and no refund has been issued to me yet.

                                  On 19/06/2023, I shopped at the reliance smart bazaar located in DLF Mall of India, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

                                  During payment via UPI, of amount Rs. 552.61, the amount was deducted from my account but I was told that payment has not been received on their end.
                                  I was told to pay again via cash and I paid again.
                                  I was told that the amount paid via UPI will be refunded in full.

                                  I DID NOT receive any refund.

                                  On 16/07/2023, I visited the store again to ask about refund status.
                                  I was told to complain at the customer care counter as without registering complaint there, my issue cannot be resolved.

                                  Why was this information not told to me on the day of payment issue itself? This is very bad customer service.

                                  I gave all details of payment at customer service counter and I was told that I will receive refund within 15 days.

                                  Again, I DID NOT receive any refund.

                                  Kindly issue my refund immediately.

                                    Reliance mart, Garh Rd, opposite Manohar Regency Hapur- Most of the time the staffs are busy in their own business doesn't listen to what we are asking help to find and on the billing counter there is only one employee no matter how much crowd is present. Today 28th Sept 23 the employee who is on billing counter used abusive language and did misbehave. After to much argument for a carry bag he said- the carry bag is out of the stock right now if you want then pay more ₹50 i will provide (Acha wala bag/bori) without any bill receipt, if you don't want then leave the counter and go outside. As the result I returned all the products without buying.

                                      I first Paid via Paytm upi Money was deducted but the bill was not generated in their system cashier said no worries u will get the refund and try paying using another payment method hence believing him again I paid via phonepe including other items too and its also successful and this time bill also generated but till date i have still not got my refund of payment that was successful from my end but bill not generated on complaining it paytm they said its successful and order is delivered and reliance smart

                                        This is to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased Bio Nutrients Pure Det Tofu Paneer of 500 gm for Rs. 80/- from Reliance Smart Bazaar, Rajender Place Metro Station, Ground Floor Outlet on 19/07/2023 with Manufacturing Date printed on it as 14/07/2023 and having validity of 45 days vide Bill No. 13. But when I opened the Paneer to make dish at home, I was shocked to see the Paneer with very much foul smell and the colour of Paneer was found as Brown instead of pure White colour. When I contacted the Reliance Smart Bazaar Store manager for the refund of the same but I was refused to give the refund by the 3 persons named as Saumya Deep Sarkaar, Sandeep and Sumit. They straight away refused me to give the refund and they behaved in very rude way. Really its a very poor, worse, horrible, shocking experience as the customer is a God for a particular vendor but at Reliance Smart Bazaar, people working there treat the customers as Dog instead of God.

                                        So my aim to writing to you is that kindly take legal action against the above mentioned persons and sack them out of the store as these fellows don't have self respect and don't have respect for the customers. Also give me the refund for the same at the earliest.


                                        ViPics of the bill memo and the paneer are enclosed here for your kind information. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give respect to the customers and do the needful at the earliest by taking quick actions against the above mentioned persons and refund the amount of the faulty paneer that was sold at the Bazaar outlet.

                                        Lot of times complaints were raised but no action was taken against the smart Bazaar ill-mannered fellows and customer care department also misbehaved with me. Kindly take a legal action against them and it's better tk [censored] down the store as early as possible.

                                        Really it's a hell a lit nie that the complaint was raised 3 months before but the consumer complaint section was unable to solve the same. It's a very poor worse horrible experience as Reliance Mart us always ready to do fraud with the customers. It's better to shut down the reliance smart Bazaar with immediate effect.
