Reliance mart, Garh Rd, opposite Manohar Regency Hapur- Most of the time the staffs are busy in their own business doesn't listen to what we are asking help to find and on the billing counter there is only one employee no matter how much crowd is present. Today 28th Sept 23 the employee who is on billing counter used abusive language and did misbehave. After to much argument for a carry bag he said- the carry bag is out of the stock right now if you want then pay more ₹50 i will provide (Acha wala bag/bori) without any bill receipt, if you don't want then leave the counter and go outside. As the result I returned all the products without buying.

I first Paid via Paytm upi Money was deducted but the bill was not generated in their system cashier said no worries u will get the refund and try paying using another payment method hence believing him again I paid via phonepe including other items too and its also successful and this time bill also generated but till date i have still not got my refund of payment that was successful from my end but bill not generated on complaining it paytm they said its successful and order is delivered and reliance smart

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased Bio Nutrients Pure Det Tofu Paneer of 500 gm for Rs. 80/- from Reliance Smart Bazaar, Rajender Place Metro Station, Ground Floor Outlet on 19/07/2023 with Manufacturing Date printed on it as 14/07/2023 and having validity of 45 days vide Bill No. 13. But when I opened the Paneer to make dish at home, I was shocked to see the Paneer with very much foul smell and the colour of Paneer was found as Brown instead of pure White colour. When I contacted the Reliance Smart Bazaar Store manager for the refund of the same but I was refused to give the refund by the 3 persons named as Saumya Deep Sarkaar, Sandeep and Sumit. They straight away refused me to give the refund and they behaved in very rude way. Really its a very poor, worse, horrible, shocking experience as the customer is a God for a particular vendor but at Reliance Smart Bazaar, people working there treat the customers as Dog instead of God.

So my aim to writing to you is that kindly take legal action against the above mentioned persons and sack them out of the store as these fellows don't have self respect and don't have respect for the customers. Also give me the refund for the same at the earliest.


ViPics of the bill memo and the paneer are enclosed here for your kind information. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give respect to the customers and do the needful at the earliest by taking quick actions against the above mentioned persons and refund the amount of the faulty paneer that was sold at the Bazaar outlet.

Lot of times complaints were raised but no action was taken against the smart Bazaar ill-mannered fellows and customer care department also misbehaved with me. Kindly take a legal action against them and it's better tk [censored] down the store as early as possible.

Lot of times complaints were reused but customer care department of Reliance is totally helpless and illiterate to understand the problem and solve my problem. Really its a hell a lot now. It's better to close the Reliance Smart Bazaar outlets if the owner of the same Mukesh Ambani can't give respect to the customers. So kindly take a legal action against the people involved in this. Now already more than a month is over but nobody bothers about the respect for the customers.

On dated 28.05.2023 we have purchased household products of 1901.30 Rs. On this regard billing man swapped my Credit card twice for which we had paid twice, but the billing person confirmed that one payment will refund automatically,
After waiting 1 month we had visited & chased for the same, they assured that the same will be resolved with in 15 days,
But till dated we have not received the reversed bill amount of 1901.30.

For more clarity you may cross check the bill amount with date.

Uan not attention

I have paid the amount (Rs 214.88) on 6th Augusing Paytm to reliance mart twice as they said they have not received but when I checked the bank account it was deducted successfully twice

The Reliance Smart bazaar is located at Plot No 03, Aditya Mall, Aditya Mega City, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201201.

I have shown the screenshot of the double payment but they did not take any action they said it will refund in 15 days they did not give me anything as acknowledgment. I ask multiple times but they said the same thing.

Reliance mart, Wakad, Pune - the staffs are busy in their own gupshup many times, doesn't listen to what we are asking help to find perticular products..on payment counter they argued as if we are getting from govt. stall with subsidy on food at cheaper rate, no common sense/politeness to talk to customer!! Also list my items kept at entry counter and when asked, they refused to co operate investigating!!! No reason to continue shopping there, Star bazaaar is way better..

I'm regular customer of reliance average of shoping is more then 10000 per month. Today I second time visited phase two dugri Ludhiana near maharaza plazo. Yesterday even I purchased goods of 3300 . Today the lady wo is on bill counter used abuse language and did misbehave. So I returned without buying.
I will never visit again to any reliance Mart till my complain unsolved
And I have good circle who used reliance Mart regular I ask them to stop buying till this unsolved

I got a call from reliance company customer care and said that 10 couples are selected and I am the one of them they said, and I replied that I am not married, and they asked me that it's ok give father mother details, and I said that my father expired, that's it they suddenly cut the call without proper reply and she disturbed my personal feelings, and I have the conversation of call proofs in my mobile, please take an action against that lady ASAP, otherwise I am going to meet a Lawyer to file the case on her,

I parked my car in reliance Mall basement for 2 days. But reliance employees security persons theft my engine oil in my car .it's really very insulating for reliance group.
Parking is really not safe in reliance.
All security staff in chore.
I will file complaint against court .. really it's samless for reliance...

Today I went reliance mart and purchased couple of groceries in that I observed two products freedom oil and Tata salt prices displayed as 629 and 19 rupees however they are billed as 669 and 25.

How reliance mart is fooling people I’m literally not understanding.

Very bad experience with relience Mart

I am Sourav Dutta, Last Saturday I have made shopping of Rs 1440.25/- at Reliance Smart Point store, Haldibari, WB. At the time of payment I made it through my SBI YONO upi. Balance got deducted, Yono showed my payment Success notification, but the POS machine of the store didn't generated the bill. So the bill boy asked me for cash payment and I had to made cash payment for the same bill again. They promised me that in between 2 hours the previous failed upi transaction will get reverted and money will be refunded. But its almost 48 hours happening, I have not got refund! I have visited the store again, but they are just said me they will inform the higher authorities. I have also lodged a complaint(Complaint id: 4484654) on Reliance Mart helpline but still I have got no resolution. How much time I have to wait for my money back? I don't know! Seriously now I am feeling I got cheated by Reliance Mart! Such a bad management!

Hello, I would like to raise a complaint relating to a refund.
On 11 may, I purchase groceries worth Rs 1, 513 from my nearest reliance smart point, as when my turn came to check out I opted for digital transactions I.e jio pay, and while I was scanning the QR the computer system crashed but the transaction went through. After the technician intervention the computer was online and to my surprise the amount I paid via jio pay was not showing up on the screen, I approached the manager and ask what should I do so the manager he asked for my bill no to check if the money I’ve paid is in the system or not, after sometime the manager came told me that the amount is not reflecting in their system and you have to pay again and I did after I was assured it will be refunded.

Dear Sir, I was visited in your mall at Kaithal Hry for purchase Nimbu mashala soda, your sales boy told me that today is offer on this item buy 1 get one free I pursased 1 botle and get free bottle of nimbu soda but your billing counter charged both bottle bill. My bill no 55 dated 13.05.23. So you are request to give me 2 more free bottles of nimbu soda

Hi Team, I submitted my bag at the time of entry at the entry gate if reliance mart jaipuria mall indirapuram.
When I was exiting I found the bag was replaced. The security team checked and he told that my bag was picked away by another customer as the entry summit desk was un attended.
Why was the security entry desk unattended?
Please take action .

My name is Ankit pilaniA.. yesterday I bought few items from RELIANCE MART. But when I come back I saw Floor Mob is charging over price...MRP is less But they Charge me a Higher than MRP.. which is not right and legal.

I had purchased one AC Split 1.5 ton of Godrej Company on 23.03.2023.

Despite of many many calls on this customer care no. [protected] & email on [protected]@jiomart.com No body came for installation the AC

After frustrating and painful experience, I called Godrej representative to Install the AC and taken charges Rs 1428/-

Receipt of charges has been sent to RJIO Mart via email on [protected]@jiomart.com for refund the charges in my account but still no resolution is there.
