I had done a weekly shopping on 23, nov 2019 in reliance market (Tirunelveli).
Once i reached home i was going through the bill, i found the rate of an item i bought was 205 but it was billed as 286. How can i leave this without noticing.
This is the 3rd time if am facing this type of issue with you.
Consider this issue seriously and take prompt action.

I have purchased lg1.5ton ac in reliance mart tirupathi they are providing free installation for acs here so after receving the delivery they sended a techinician i showed him 2 places in my room he selected one and started the work during installation i have noticed that there is no space between ac and roof (I saw that in users guide) he said it wont be a problem i know what iam doing
He finished installation finally while inserting filters above the ac he is unable to do it because there is no space for that
After some time he said installation finised and you have to pay me 500 for that i asked him why should i pay i will complaint to them first do installation properly but whithout doing he left that day
I complained the authority about that but no resonse i asked for re installation they said it will charge 1500 for that why should i pay its their own techinicians mistake plese help me and arrange for re installation

In i made an purchase off 638 rupee, i paid with google pay at that time, payment was successful and not generated the recipt, thay said that that amount will be refunded in 3 working day's, i paid same amount with card and completed the purchase, today they are saying they don't received the payment.

First i bought italian pizza rs. 60
And roll paneer crispy rs 30
No bill was given to me and i did not ask for it
This happened between 13.00 and 13.30 on sun 10 nov
After 5 minutes or so, while buying choco chip pastry 60 i observed that this fair guy at the counter was randomly giving bill (Not to all clients). Even for pastry, no bill was given to me
I did see him wearing any id, so could not see his name
I asked why i was not give a bill and he just assured me that i had been correctly charged
Why no bills handed over to client? Is this to save environment and trees or this is a fraudulent practice by staff?

I went to go reliance market, guwahati (Tripura road) dtd.24.10.2019 for purchase diwali gift for official purpose & household items as other days. After searched my required items i go to cash counter to billing towards my items. I have been successfully paid my amount to rs.3661.52 through google pay vide upi transaction id[protected] dtd.24.10.19, 5.37 pm (Transaction details attached) but, invoice not generated on reliance market system. I shown successful transaction details (On google pay & messages) to cashier (Mr. Zubin sharma) but he didn't accept & force me to repaid the said amount and he forcefully suspended my bill & transaction details on his system. Then i told him, i want to discuss with his senior. After talked with mr. Rajesh gogoi (I think he was store maneger) & after 2 hours met floor manager (I forget his name) to discuss about the same. But, they also force to repaid the amount if i want to take my items and he formally lodged a complaint on his system. After 3 hours they mentally harassed to me & i repaid the bill amount rs.3661.41 dtd. 24.10.2019 on 8.11 pm vide bill no.156 & transaction id[protected]. Now my question as follows:
1. After successful bill payment why i havn't get my items?
2. If bill not generated or else its my fault?
3. Why they mentally harassed me for 3 hours. Where is my fault?
4. They havn't seen the amount credited reliance account or not. Its customer fault?

I purchased from reliance mart trichy, there's one offer noted about cool drings, that offer buy 2 and get 1 but they noticed wrongly and i paid for 3 products, after i informed them, billing laddy muthulakshmi said it's not my mistake, after she's forward to main counter, their behavior is very worst and careless i have spent 30min...

Dear support,

I am refering to a new reliance fresh mart recentrly opened in ravet area pune 412101.

The mart do not accept sodexo card as payment option.

There are few more problems observed while shopping for example - the mart has only one weighing machine in working condition causing long queue of customers waiting to get their vegetables weight done.

There is no power back up too.

Please help adress above given problems at your earliest.

I purchased some articles from your kalwa - thane outlet.
After returning home, when checked the bill, found that in 2 items i was charged more than the printed price.
I often shop at reliance mart. This is the first time i happen to check the bill.
It makes me wonder how many times have you been doing this?
Definitely won't be visiting any of your outlets in the future.

I recently bought 25kg of rice from reliance mart. But when i started using it i realized that the rice had some problem and was not as good as i expected it to be... I had bought such 25kg of rice 1-2 times before also, so i m sure that this rice has some issues. As such huge quantity of rice is now of no use to me. I would be pleased to get a replacement as i m one of the loyal customers of reliance mart.

I purchased tide surf 4 kg pack and salesman told that 1 kg free for that pack. But when i saw the bill they added the 1 kg surf amount also. I tried to contact but they didn't pick up the phone. Please solve the problem. They displayed offeres buy 2 get 1 free, but they added three items in the bill. Where i have to contact. Please clarify in this issue....

I purchased under garments from reliance mart capital mall bhiwadi in that time packet was completely packed and locked with cell tape after i reach home and checked it was different type of pattern. So next day i went for exchange they denied for exchange. But problem in undergarments area their so any sign board displayed once it's was purchased it will not exchangeable no information displayed but they are not exchanged the product

I purchase a fruit bread MRP Rs. 16/- on 20.07.2019. At bread counter 10% discount is displayed, but in bill only 5% discount has given. I complain to store manager, but he refused. Earlier also this type less discount has given.

I can't understand that it's a Reliance policy to display higher discount and at the time of billing they are giving less discount. It is a cheating with the customers. Their are so many customer who are not watching their bill amount and just they I think many times paid higher amount in your stores.

I suggest that kindly display right price/discount at the product, so that when customer purchase from your stores, they should not feel that they have cheated.

Today by 8.15pm i purchased from your reliance
Fresh store (Store no 6128) at nacharam, hyderabad vide bill no 257. Few item i brought one 36g roasted almond diary milk worth rs 40 but after i reach home and checked the bill and saw they billed for rs 152 and it's too high since i got so many products i didn't check there itself also i got one sev bhujia worth 35 rs and they billed 204rs for that... I attached a picture of the product and bill... So i feel like i'll not come anymore to your particular store due to which i lost the trust on that store...

I purchased the scrubz dishwash concentrate liquid 15 days ago on 1+1 offer at reliance market located at nacharam, hyderabad. The quality of this product is so bad and when ever we use this, my hands got damaged and the top skin is removing after usage. I think the PH was very high. My sister also using the same product she is also getting the same problem while using this product. The sales of products is unacceptable and untolerable. please make an action and give compensate for this dammage.

Yesterday have visited with my family at reliance mart govind puram, ghaziabad.

Wrongly my son missed to give almonds for billing & remain in trolley, during checking by guard at gate we came to know it was missed. We was ready to bill and requested to guard that its wrongly missed by child.

But behaviour of guard & other staff was so bad with my wife & son, & no one was ready to listening our concern.

Request you to look into the same so that other customers will not face the same.

Reliance market in erode treating the customer so worst and cheap. They are treating customer as a thief. The exit one way entry one way.in urgent if want to go out. We are not able to go out immediately. If you reliance market treating a customer cheap and worst why you are opening a mail in tamilnadu. Better you close it and go out from our state. We are having many super markets and departmental stores in our states will take care of our needs.. Reliance market is so worst and cheap

On 22nd june 2019, i went to reliance mart fatima nagar, pune branch for shopping
Leaving my earphone (Panasonic wi fi ear phone set) inside the back pack. Token number 7 provided to me. While collecting the bag i found the ear phone missing from the back. I raise a complain. But no complain number provided to me. No feed back provided me. I am surprised that customer material being stolen from the secured area. It is not being considered...

On 16-6-19, I have buy some beverages along with 7 Sunfeast Farmlite biscuits packs on offer of buy one get one free, because that offer I have purchased 7 packets. The MRP of said biscuits Rs.25/-each, after I paying bill that I surprised Reliance has collected Rs.30/-each, I.e Rs. 5 excess, when I asked for offer packs and excess amount collected from me the staff billing station given arrogant and evasive replies. Required immediate action.

Here in Reliance Mart, Kanika Road in Cuttack they are selling dry food old stock full of insects and fungus by changing the date label. Many other food products like milk and dahi are also old stock with expired date or date is tampered .
How do I return and get back my money as can't rely on exchanges. There should be policy of money refund if fault on your side

Yesterday I visited reliance store akashwani Aurangabad in Maharashtra i bought Ariel powder4kg having offer buy 1 get 1 free @₹1040 but at the time of making payment the cashier refused to allot the item at the given rate and said that the offer was disclosed but still the board was placed near the item showing the offer was open . For this I tried to talk to manager but the manager was just making excuses and making my time so I just want you to please take a sudden action on this event
