[Resolved] Reliance Mart — false delivery of goods & cheating | |
I had ordered from reliance mart on saturday 9th may 2020. Today on 11th may i received an email stating the product is delivered and there is a refund amount. There are no products delivered whatsoever and there is no refund as well. I have not received any delivery. I have sent an email but no reply. I called but long wait time, when i wait after 15-20 minutes the call gets disconnected from their side. There is no way to communicate and the payment was made online so no way to get money back. May 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Was able to get in touch with the customer executive on the 7th attempt and wait time for 1 hour.. The executive said it is a common error and the product will be delivered. | |
