Reliance Mart — Hazardous safety issue

I am Rakesh Mathur, a regular customer of the nearby Reliance Smart store Sector -11, Hiran Magri, Udaipur. Today I went for the monthly groceries shopping at the mentioned store where I met with a SEVERE ACCIDENT inside the store.
The incident took place when I was in the checkout line and I tried to add another product in my cart. As I moved out of the line and walked few steps, I SLIPPED and FELL HARD on the floor.

REASON: There was liquid soap spread there on the floor WITHOUT any WARNING SIGN which is quite standard SAFETY practice.

ABUSIVE/RUDE EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR: Upon complaining the issue the staff as well as the manager were reluctant to help. Upon confrontation, the employee named Mr. RONAK JEENGAR (EC No.[protected] behaved very rudely and abused my wife and me. The managers reply to such a grave safety issue was, " We made an announcement for the cleaner to clean but he did not come on time to clean, so it is not our responsibility that you fell." They should have placed a wet sign board there! Despite being obvious that the staff and management were at fault they behaved with us in utmost unacceptable way.

DAMAGE: My whole back body is in SEVERE PAIN. I will be seeking medical attention at the earliest. I am 60 years old and such accidents can turn into some serious damage. My entire winter clothes are drenched in the liquid soap.

DESIRABLE RESOLUTION: Complete reimbursement of the medical bill. Employee Ronak Jeengar must be fired for the type of abusive rude behavior towards a senior citizen. Complete reimbursement of the dry-cleaning bill of clothes.
A public store must not be a hostile place.
