Reliance Mart — my samsung smart led cam card not working

My samsung smart led 40 inch purchased november 2017. Last 10 days no channels are shown in screen. The engineer from samsung was coming & says problem in cam card port. I said to him to solve this problem. He was check my led is out of warranty. I said i have purchased 3 years extra warranty from reliance mall bathinda.
My warranty duration is nov 2020. He said the warranty coming from company is 1 year. Relience mall bathinda make you fool.
I am very frustrated. I was paid extra 5000 rupee for warranty. So why they make me fool plz solve this concern. Otherwise i highlighted for more
