Reliance Mart — Not reverse my bill amount

I have paid an amount(321.50/-) through UPI on 09/09/2021 at reliance smart point, joka(U301) .amount deducted successfully from my account but bill not generated.cashier assured me that the deducted amount would be reverse within seven days.then I paid the bill amount through cash.my amount till not reversed dated 20/10/2021.please look into that matter at your helping end and reverse my paid amount as early as possible.
