Reliance Mart — payment not received against double (duplicate) payment for a shopping on 27/08/2025

I have made double payment against a shopping at Smart point Reliance at Ghatsila, Jharkhand-832103 due to mistake of one staff, Miss Puza Bose(name through true caller) on 27/08/2025 by By debit card transection no. SBIPOS[protected] and SBIPOS[protected] but till date I have not received the amount of the second payment which i have to pay for mistake of their staff. Please look into the matter to get my extra payment back.
