Reliance Mart — Raw peanuts priced higher than MRP

Subject: Complaint Against Smart Bazar for Overcharging on RAW PEANUT
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to formally report that Smart Bazar, located at Kurnool–Nandyal Road, near Amma Hospital, beside Reliance Petrol Bunk, is selling the product RAW PEANUT above the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The MRP printed on the pack is ₹120, but I was charged ₹125. This is a clear violation of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
