Reliance Mart — refund not received towards credit card account feni

Last year because of some issue with reliance swipe machine i was made to do payment two times. I used two different swipe cards.

Now reliance is saying they have refunded amount to my icici card but i didnt got any refund.

From last one year i am running behind icici custome care and reliance but no solution.
