Reliance Mart — Refund regarding double payment

I have purchased some items from reliance smart sector 11 Udaipur Rajasthan branch dated 1 nov 2022 of amount ₹1230 through paytm but due to branch operator technical error it doesn't reflect that amount has been received but from my side it has deducted from my bank account. staff requested me to do payment through another mode so i paid same amount through phonepe. They assure me to refund my paytm amount in 7 working days.

From my side so many complaint has been registered still my problem not been solved yet.

I have attached respective screenshot from paytm, phonpe, bank statement, reliance staff screenshot regarding log. All details mail to [protected]@ril.com. they revert me (inform you that we have received only single credit for the transaction dated 01/11/2022 at Reliance Smart store- Udaipur).

As i shown them my bank transaction screenshot that it proven than it has been scanned from there store pc. Company or store staff operator was answerable to whom it has been paid. Reliance smart branch manager will ensure whose the incharge at that particular time of payment, whose scanning code was shown to customer, how it make false payment and request to pay double amount, if really its technical error than how through other mode the same amount has been received. Its reliance smart branch responsibility to ensure customer from frauds and must take strict action.

Due to transaction enquiry bank reply me that they were not answerable to this. If its case of failed transaction, or delaying in payment then bank is responsible otherwise respective store have to handle this matter it may be case of misleading, fraud, or etc.

I again contact store and reliance customer care and share detailed information with proofs they generate new complaint id 4194332. Still no response yet received. Firstly they assure me that yes its confirmed that double payment is received from our side then they neglected that no amount recieved in there bank account. For 1 week they not even put my amount problem in there log list after my complaint they file it. How irresponsible behaviour they're and now no response I'm getting just ignorance or delaying procedure. What to do now.. I'm facing poor service from there side and its been almost 1 month still my problem is same no refund get.
Please help me out you are my last hope to handle this matter and take strict action against them.
