I am writing to escalate my unresolved complaint regarding my washing machine drain motor.

Issue: Washing machine drain motor not working
Despite multiple follow-ups with your helpline, no technician visited initially. After repeated requests, an agent finally visited and confirmed that the drain motor is faulty. I was assured that the motor replacement would be arranged. However, even after 7 days, I have not received any update, call, or resolution.
Each time I contact customer care, I am simply told to wait another 24 hours, but no actual action has been taken. This has caused serious inconvenience, and I feel my complaint is being ignored.
I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent priority and arrange the replacement/repair at the earliest. Please confirm the exact timeline for resolution.
