Please take payment for the month unpaid & till date usage from my initial payment (let me know when to stop using this service) and the when i bought it was being said 14.1 MBPS can get practically 8 - 9 MBPS but still cannot get not more than 1.5 MBPS that too fluctuate a lot. and terminate the connection. They keep on sending sms and calls for unpaid bill but not ready to solve the complaints. Yesterday i got remainder call for payment [protected] but they are not ready to answer compliant. Sales person sell the device with an offer but after 2 months customer care replies there is no such offer. payment recover person [protected] says yes still there are offer but it will be deducted after 3 month. why do you people still in this business when you cannot assure the service.
