[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — No technical support provided for over a month for wi-pod device | |||
Hi, I am a regular user of Reliance Netconnect device. I recently updated my netconnect device to WI-POD. Since then the device has stopped working and no one is able to fix the problem, its been over 30 days now. I have contacted the customer care number and registered complaint 5 times and every time the compliant is closed out without any action. Its been really frustrating. The latest complaint number which got closed today without any action is[protected]. My device number is - [protected]. My contact information is - Vaibhav Mishra, PH - [protected]. Can someone explain why the complaint is being closed out without action and why Reliance has been so unprofessional?
