Our reliance data card rcom no. [protected], s m adil akhtar, f-48, sarita vihar, new delhi-110076, My contact no. [protected] We have got deactivated more than one month and we are asked to pay rs. 677.59 outstanding after closing account. We are getting frequent reminder for payment and in this reminder contact mobile no. As [protected]-bhawna is mentioned to contact. This no. We have been trying to contact but no one is lifting. So we are not able to contact. We also tried to contact customer care which we are not getting connected as our rcom no. Is closed and no further dialogue is going ahead. So neither we can contact through customer care nor we can contact on your given no.[protected]. We are totally helpless in contacting you. We will be now going to police to inform that we are trying to pay on line / want to talk to given mobile no.in reminder message again & again but same no. Is not lifted by any one. (No response). We are really surprise that they are sending on ourmobile reminder for payment with wrong mobile no. But no one is talking so that we can communicate and get way to deposit outstanding payment. This payment delay is in your accout in addition you are liable to harasment as we want to pay but your concerned officials are not even bother to check their mobile no. And blindly sending reminders to us with police threatning where as they are at fault. We request to concerned rcom official to check their given mobile no.
