Respected sir/madam,
This is to bring you concern that i am a user of reliance internet data card but since i have bought a new laptop which does not have the slot for data card henceforth i went to my nearest reliance web world for exchanging it so that i can further use it but as the customer help desk officer informed me that i have to purchase a new net connect broadband (Usb) worth rs.3000/-approx which was not feasible for me as i had already paid rs.3000/- while purchasing the data card.
Therefore considering my problem i request to please take specific actions for replacement of the reliance data card to net connect broadband without any charges as it is not a fault from my side, it is the case of technological up gradation which your company needs to be consider for serving the existing customers satisfactorily. Thanking you.
