Reliance Netconnect — Service not deactivated in spite of paying outstanding amount and getting termination request ID | |||
Hi, Net connect Data card number.[protected]. Due to excess slowness in the service, which is a usual thing in Reliance I decided to terminate the service and go for Airtel 4G. I had paid all the outstanding amount before deactivation of service and got the termination request ID as [protected] from R world outlet. I paid in the month of May '14. In spite of it, the bills are getting generated every month and today I got something called final reminder to pay the outstanding bill for the data card, which got deactivated 3 months ago. When I went to R World, where I provided request to deactivate, they are saying, its already deactivated and nothing to worry. I communicated to customer care aliases. But its the worst in the country. No one replies either on toll free number or over the email. Hell with it. Spread to as many people as possible not to get into this fraudulent company service.
