Reliance Netconnect — Slow Internet Data Card No [protected] | |||
Hi, I had made the mistake of buying the Reliance Pro 3 'Netconnect Truly plan' and Reliance made tall claims that the download limit is UNLIMITED. It lists the product features as data speed up to 14.7 mbps; upload speed of 5.4 mbps but in reality I did not even get 10% of the claim. I have attached the screenshot which shows the speed is just 0.22 mbps and upload speed 0.28 mbps. This was sent to the technician Mr. Ezhilarsan at imsgtn.[protected]@relianceada.com to fix, but no one turned up or fixed the issue. The customer care department was very rude and did not offer any solution. I had clearly indicated my displeasure to them and informed them that I will approach the consumer court. Needless to say, I was not going to pay the bill for some thing that I have not used. I don't understand how you can ask the customer to pay more without providing any service. Will you pay for something that is not working properly? I have mentioned in several mails to Reliance previously that I am not happy with the service and I will not pay the bill. This when I have not used any data at all, since my Reliance dongle is disconnected and beautifully packed in the kit which you sold me. I was sent a bill for Rs. 1671.47 and the next month the bill amount was Rs.2423.23. This when I did not use the dongle at all in the second month. Even now you have not shown any interest in resolving my issue and worried about bill collection. This is a harassment for the customer, charging Rs 2423.23 when no service has been rendered. I am moving to the consumer court. From the various consumer forums it seems like that there are many similar cases filed against you for poor service and data related issues. I demand my money back. On buying this useless datacard these guys said that I will get speed upto 14mbps (fooled me). I cancelled my Airtel connection and grt this one (the worst thing I was made in my life). The fact is, it never crosses the speed of 200kbps, what a terrible mistake I was made. This month on 7th July 2015 I was shocked seeing an sms saying that I have consumed 90% of my data which was never been used. The thing is, my account got reset just 2 days before that day, in 2 days my 5Gb data waas gone. I made a complaint regarding this and got reply today(21.07.2015) stating that they were true that I have used the said data as per their log. I requested them the detailed proof of how my data had been used but they refused and asked me to send a mail to concern department. I dont want to waste my time and decided to cancel my subscription and contacted the customer care. I wasted almost an hour waiting to speak to the termination department, finally they said they cant reach them and asked me to visit nearest outlet. I realised now why the termination dept was busy (Definitely tons of people contacting them for termination). So guys please dont go for this useless network.
