Reliance — Network and voice quality issue. | |||
Hi team i port the SIM Vodafone to reliance and already it port too late which is hampered my work. As earlier in Vodafone service it was very good weather it is in network or voice quality. But before ported to reliance it got very worst and bad services no voice clear(echo) no network or etc… Well when I brought the SIM that time reliance employee said (No. from where I got the call for SIM porting [protected], [protected].), sir there is no voice clarity or network issue in reliance on my home address and office address hence it couldn’t be hamper your work. But that is all fake agreement like. Therefore according to my statement am not interested to continue with reliance services due to your services issue. I just want my port money which was I paid 300 rupee. It is really very bad experience and fake statement services. Am expecting any action asap from your side and effortlessly as well because I don’t have time to give your service anymore. If I didn’t get any resolution within 2-3 days therefore same I can forward to TRAI and consumer court as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
