My Mother has applied for RPL Debentures (Triple option convertible) and paid the call money. The details of the TOCD and shares are as under ;

You are requested to inform me at the earliest of the status of this shares and debentures and about the trade warrants. According my belief, We have already paid all call money whenever we got the information from your end.

Please do let me know about the status, how can i convert this to equity? If it is possible how to convert this?
