Reliance Petroleum — triple option convertible debentures-non convertible and triple option convertible debentures

Dear sir,
I have following debenture certificates and warrants of reliance petroleum limited under folio number:[protected] since may, 1997.
1. Triple option convertible debentures-non convertible part ii (Certificate number: 01844843, distinctive number:[protected] to[protected].
2. Triple option convertible debentures each of rs. 40, 30 and 15 (Certificate number:[protected], distinctive number: [protected] to[protected].
3. Tradeable warrant no.[protected]Distinctive number:[protected] to[protected].
I could not convert the debenture certificates and tradeable warrant earlier. Kindly let me know whether it is possible to do it now? Kindly suggest possible solution.
