[Resolved] Reliance — Postpaid bill | |||||
Hello i am rohit, I have used Reliance dongal till sep 15 and paid all the remaining payments and requested to close the connection. But at the time of closure call I have got option saying that you can keep your connection in safe custody, which will pause everything and you can start again it whenever you want . Again my fault, I have shown loyalty to the company and chosen to keep it in safe custody mode. But I got bill again after 4 months .I am really shocked of it. I have not used single bit of data .
