Reliance — Reliance broadband connection activation. | |||
I hope you will get my issue resolved. I have applied for the new broadband connection on 9th March 2014. Documents (Passport photocopy and a check for the amount of Rs1348) were submitted on 9th March 2014. I got the application confirmation email on 15th March 2014 with below details: CAF no.:[protected] Subscriber ID/s :[protected] Name (Customer Name) :MR ABISHAK SHUKLA. (They have got my first name spelled incorrectly) Services Opted :Broadband Rate Plan: :WICF549 Today is 25th March and i have not yet been called in for connection forget about the connection activation. I have been calling customer care and they only say that the they will escalate the issue. But nothing has happened so far. Moreover i am frustrated by the attitude of the sales rep who collected the document as he assured that he will do everything to make sure that i get the connection activated. After collecting the documents he did not provide any information about the activation. He never attend my calls. Is this a fraud to meet sales target? By taking money from the customers and not giving the service for which they have applied. Was this information helpful? | |||
