We are informed that billing was done without checking the availability and the product is not available at all in their godown. They are forcing us to purchase some other cooler for which some pictures have been sent to our alternate phone [protected] only without any mention of brand name or product name or specifications. We have requested them to return amount paid. There is no reply or response from them till now.
