I bought lyf water 11 mobile on 18/04/2017 after 4 mont o[censored]sage i found my mobile phone suddenly dead after heating up much. I took the mobile to the nearest service centre. They agreed for repairing the handset whereas their replacemnt policy states that "during the warranty period, seller or its authorized service partnersor service dealers will repair or replace (Only in case of dead on arrival), at sellers option and guidelines, the product or any relevant parts thereof in the event that the product is found to be defective.
Now they say replacement policy is valid for only 7 days after purchasing and its not mentioned in any of the line present in the warranty policy they provided with the handset. Was this information helpful? |
