[Resolved] Reliance Retail Ltd. — partial delivery against complete billing
On 9th february i had ordered two objects through ajio app online and on 18th february i had received just one wrapped up in company package. But in utter surprise after the full payment against billing id i discovered one item missing. Immediately after i moved through the customer care processing to acknowledge the facts with the follow up reply. But the company failed to clarify me within the given dates. I think it is a high quality sophisticated fraud case to deprive the customer. Please, go through the case to find out the nuisance under the great reputation of ajio, which is none but a show off.
