Reliance Retail — Pf withdraw

Dear sir i am regisn employee from reliance netmeds pharmacy agra my notice period is over on 3rd may 2023. And now I want to withdraw my pf amount. I have already mailed three times and I did not get any satisfactory reply. No has PF come into my bank account. I need pf amount please suggest. nobody can take care related PF or other queries HR is full of helpless please help me to get out of this.Dear respected team, Thank you
