My name is PR PUSHPANGADAN and residing at D-14, Shantisadan Apt., Near Bhavin School, Thaltej, Ahmedabad 380059. I am holding customer card No.[protected] sincethe opening of your Store near Subhash Chowk, Gurukul, Ahmedabad. Now the card is obsolete and its black strip went out. I took another card No.[protected]. I have requested for transfer of the loyalty points lying in the credit of old card to the new card but it has not been done so far. I tried your Customer Service Contact No. but unable to get through. Since the old card is not fully operational, I am unable to redeem the accrued points.
