[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — MNP not done even after 10 days | |
I have requested for mobile no. portability into reliance gsm prepaid from virgin gsm on 7th march for my no.[protected]. On 10th march I got the sms from them that the request was received & will be processed shortly. But since then 10 days are gone & now when I contact them they are saying that they neither received my documents nor my request. Meanwhile my Unique Porting Code will expire today. So don't know what to do. Take stern action against them & port my no. in reliance gsm as soon as possible. Earlier I sent email to their appellate authority but didn't get any reply from them.
