[Resolved] Reliance Telecommunications — Didn't get the offered benefits

Sir/madam,
As I got the offer of 1Gb @Rs.29. I recharged with 29 and I got 165Mb only. So I called no of times to customer care and they take the complaint and resolved with adding 50mb data to my number. Is this the benefit you offerd me??
And mailed my issue to [protected]@relianceada.com and no reply from them.

I reported a complaint to both [email protected] and consumercarecomplaints reliance comm. Got the reply after a day and Within 2 days they resolved. Now i got 1gb thanks.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Phrawin Thanks RCOM I got 1GB benefit now.. But please give the offer benefits to the customer in immediate. Getting benefit after a complaint decreases your reputation...
