[Resolved] Reliance — To get balance refunded | |||
Respected sir I am consumer of reliance and my mobile no. Is [protected] and had a balance of Rs.12 on 20th march 2014 so that i took an recharge of Rs.205, so the total main balance became Rs. 216, but on the night of 22nd march 2014 when i checked my balance it showed only Rs.24, just after checking i called the no. 198, the customer care of reliance and talked to one of the officer, at that time he told that let me check and took a lot of time then also he was unable to give proper information and the same went on for 4-5 calls then an officer told me that balance of Rs.34 has been deducted than i told him to check once again than he again took a long time and after 3 -4 calls he told that the balance deducted was Rs.88, than again i requested him to check and i had not got proper reply till now and only got Rs.37 refund . Till today i had been calling them for about 30-35 times but had not got any refund or proper reply till now and each time when i call a new officer picks my call, I had got frustrated by telling the same story 25-30 times and also after attending a few calls from my reliance sim no.[protected] they blocked my connection to costumer care so that i had called from my bsnl sim which also charged me and due to this my internet had not worked for more than a week even after having net pack but no one of them replied properly or provided me any satisfaction and also 3-4 times they had disconnected my call . I request you to kindly look out and help me to get the entire balance refunded Was this information helpful? | |||
