Reliance Trends — Exchange of Clothes

I purchased a jeans of brand John players on 11/12/2014 in park square mall bangalore reliance trends. I was shocked to see that it's branded product and condition got worsted when I used once. I purchased a John Player Jeans and Killer Shirt on 11 DEC 2014, Bill number 9873/156 from Park square mall((ITPL)), Reliance Trends in Bangalore, I have not checked cloth quality because of the relation I had with Reliance trends which worked on Killer shirt and not for John player jeans, It was completely sewing thread in one use. I want to exchange the same, but the Reliance Trend park square branch did not consider my request. The CSE/Manager says its not a manufacturing defect. Please allow me to exchange the same. Your immediate reply is highly appreciated.

Recently I bought Network Trousers on 18th March PLU#[protected] and my CIN No is U01100M1999PLC120563. It is torn out and I didn't noticed.
