Reliance Trends — Fraud by reliance trends, Barpeta Road

I purchased from reliance trends, Barpeta Road on 9/08/2022 of Rs4244 after redeeming vouchers of Rs 2000. The total amount of Rs 4244 was paid by cash. As per the offers i was eligible for a gift and vouchers of Rs 3000, but the manager refused to give so by saying that these offers are not given as i redeemed my previously received vouchers .I was also provided manual bill instead of computerized bill which was inconvenient and slow and didnot received any loyalty point for that.But I acknowledged that all this offers and facilities are being provided at another branch of reliance trends.
