Hai.. sir, , , I am Sreejesh P S holding Reliance One card with No. [protected] with registered phone number +91-[protected]. I took the card from Kannur out let in Kerala. After purchase for redeeming the points from card the staff of the above out let said that "you can redeem it next time" this type of answer for 2-3 times. Yesterday I visited your out let in Kottayam, Kerala the staff said that the date of birth entered in the card is with 2001 so you a minor as per our records so you can't redeem it now. But my original date of birth is 14/041980. I think the data entered by the staff at the time of issuing the card at Kannur outlet they make the mistake.
