On 20/12/2023 Wednesday, my family and I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase. We arrived at 9:10 pm, well within the closing time of 9:30 pm, as indicated by the store hours. However, to our dismay, the staff refused to sell us a dress and, when questioned about the closing time, responded with laughter, stating that they decided to close early due to lower sales.
This experience not only left us disappointed but also raised questions about the professionalism and commitment to customer service at your Perumbavoor outlet. I believe it is essential for your team to adhere to the stated store hours to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the integrity of your brand.
