Reliance — unfair balance deduction from reliance

I have already complaint at this site https://www.consumercomplaints.in regarding balance deduction at my reliance gsm no. But not hyet resolved.

Again i reminding u for resolve that problem.

Respected sir

I have a reliance sim with number [protected]. But illegally several times the balance deduct ed . When i tried to complain this to reliance complain no.198. its not working.
When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 30/- or more. (Probable date of deduction on 11/09/2017onwards and every day deduction made)
