Reliance Vision Express Pvt. Ltd. — Poor quality glasses / bad after sales service

Dear Friends, I bought spectacle lens from vision express bel Road, bangaloreon 14.04.2013 by paying Rs.8048.30. The lens got blurred within 6 months. When I went to showroom they adjusted again the problem repeated. I am not happy with the product. I am very much disappointed. The staff there unable to tell me why and how it has happened? They are not prepared to exchange or replace within warranty period. A company like Reliance is behaving like this. I don't under stand. This is my worst experience.
