Reliance — Wrong/unfair balance deductions | |||
Problem-3G balance is getting deducted on using 2G internet Details-I called on custmore care(Reliance) they told me " to use 3G I have will have to recharge with 3G data plan", I recharged no.[protected](my no.) with Rs67, I used 3G service for few time from my Micromax data card(modem), next I day didn't got any signal, I switched to 2g, (I also have 2G data balance), I used internet, found that Reliance is deducting my 3G data balance not 2G. I have recorded a call to customer care I would also like to know what to do next ? Was this information helpful? | |||
