I did not like the quality of the product, so I raised a concern with customer care within 30 minutes of receiving the product. After many calls and emails, Now they came up with the reasoning that "only technical issues will be eligible for return" That is nowhere mentioned in the t&c.

I asked for the same and now they are telling me the 7 days window period is gone after they deliberately dragged on the issue on mail for 6 days!

I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS! PLEASE HELP ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT.
