I had purchased Samsung m52 mobile from reliance digital which is received used on and on receipt mobile phone mike and speakers was not working well, hence i had shared email to reliance digital & they haven't replayed me till 15 days after 15 days they are asking now DOA Letters from Samsung care, now the Samsung care is not ready to issue DOA letter .

Reliance digital cheated with me & supplied used defected phone .

    I have ordered Samsung Mobile phone on 24th june 2022 and it showed me delivay date will be on 27th june. but I didnt recieved the delivay. I called the customer support and raised the complaint they asked me to wait for 72 hours. After that on 3nd june I called again they said they will send my delivary in 24hrs but not recieved. On 4th june I called then again they are saying me to wait for another 72 hours. and now are are cutting the calls from my number. They are rejecting the call after checking my phone number. They are not even saying the reason for delivary delay.

    Rude behaviour from Customer support.

    I called ECOM (delivary patner) of my product. They said my product is on OFD (Out For Delivary) lock I should contact the Reliace Digital. They said that reliance digital is responsible for this delivary.

    Reliance digital customer support even saying that they called me and talked to me about my issue. But I didnt recieved any call form them.

    Please send my delivary by end of day tomorrow, As its showing the delivary is shipped to my nearest location. I asked delivary patner that can I collect that from that location they are saying they wont give me my product untill reliance digital contact them.

      Bought laptop from reliance digital on 23/06/2022.
      Started facing sound problem on same day and when I called reliance digital they straight away asked me to go to Lenovo service center. On weekend when I went to there store they said they need laptop for 2 hrs and then they returned it. After couple of days started facing same sound issue and later I saw there was physical damage below screen. When I went back to store again they denied. We can clearly see they are holding laptop single hand on the corner. They were mishandling the laptop. Need my laptop replaced or refunded.
      Please help.

            Hello, i bought a realme Wireless Buds 2 in a reliance digital store near me a few weeks ago .the delivery people when delivering the buds didn't give me a copy as they said they lost it on the way and they said they'll give me a new copy soon and i was in a hurry so i accepted it. it's been few weeks and my buds are acting up so i need a warranty claim. i can't download the copy anywhere else. please help. i only have the GST copy i recieved in my mail during purchase.

              I have ordered a product from reliance digital website on 24-06-22 and it is promised to deliver the product to me on 25-06-22 and if in case to deliver it is mentioned that I will receive a reliance gift voucher worth 5000 INR, and yet its been 3rd day my product havent got delivered and to my surprise I am getting messages that the product is delivered and asking me for the rating, so What I need to rate for no product...

                I purchased my lenovo laptop ideapad 3 on 21st June 2022 from nallasopara capital mall- reliance stores which was costing Rs.56000/- after discount and my hdfc discount i got laptop for Rs. 51190/-. In which when clearly asked about my emi charges staff replied saying "Madam srf 200 processing fees lagega and no other charges will be applied and u can use your vouchers as well which we will be giving".
                When asked about emi amount per month he clearly said divide Rs.51190/- in 6 months.
                Even after all this communication done clearly. On 24th i received by loan slab in which i am being charged 20% interest as attached below u can see the details.
                when went to clear this glitch store manager replies saying they are extremely sorry and next time when will visit will do compensate on your next purchase? any human on earth will make mistake again if not satisfied with 1st purchase? Same time even staff denied to accept that they said no charges will be applied. Infact invented new term saying " it was told "LOW COST EMI" not "NO COST EMI"
                Really pathetic service and fraud it is

                Even online when i checked it clearly states any kind of laptop "No cost emi" with hdfc card. Even advertisement is not genuine it seems.
                Never ever will i visit reliance stores with such feedback.

                  I have bought AC in my nearest reliance digital store and they said, pls pay 3500 RS to extra service so that you will get 3 years of our service, first 1 year brand warranty service and then 2 year Reliance service, first 2 year I didn’t find any issue in service but after 2 year I mean last year (3year) of services I raised complaint April 2022 now June 2022 End of the month, till no one reached out to me I was called 3 times in between no response not sure what is going on, one of the worst service from reliance digital pls don’t put any of the service warranty if you purchase any product in reliance digital, worst and poor response from reliance digital store

                    I have bought iphone 13 on date 19th of February 2022.. As per the guidelines i have must receive cashback of 6000/- after 120 day’s buying the product.. But now it’s more than 120 day’s still then i have not received any kind of cashback.. please help

                      I bought an iPhone 13 from Reliance Digital. I was told that if I pay with sbi credit card, I will get cashback of Rs. 6000 within 90 days. I bought the phone on 13/03/2022. Today is 25/06/2022. I haven't received any cashback yet. Reliance Digital is not helping me either.

                        No Invoice sent

                        Hello, so I recently bought a pair of Realme Buds Air 3 from Reliance digital, placing an online order. The piece is got is faulty and hence went to Realme Service Centre to get it replaced, out there they asked for the Bill/Invoice from Reliance. I searched my Gmail, I hadn't got any mail concerning the Invoice of the above mentioned Product!!. So I called the Customer care wherein they said, that they will raise the complain of a duplicate...

                        I cancelled my order I’d - RD33814643 on 19th jun 2022 . I have complained customer care 3 time they haven’t responded. Although I have cancelled my order on the website it says shipped, arriving today . I have not received my refund till now

                        My money also not came yet, .after 7 working days, may be they are running business based on our money return holding long time and getting interest from outside, very shame. My PS5 order June 21st and ordered cancel July 8th and July 19th created another complaint due to not return money and they are saying wait 72hours to close the subject. Am pretty sure worker are well trained to make no of days delay to pay the return money.

                        Wait and see this company wher is going...

                          This is regarding an order which I placed on 31st May and canceled on the same day.
                          Order No: RDF33024246

                          I paid the amount 72, 990 via credit card for 6-month no-cost EMI thing.
                          According to the policy I should have received the refund in 3-7 days. But it's been 23 days by today and things are getting worse daily. I will give you a brief of the events that has occurred by now.

                          6 June 2022- I called customer care they asked me to wait till 7 working days are complete. (i.e. 8th June)
                          8 June 2022- I called customer care because I did not receive any refund so the team filed a complaint internally. Complaint id - RR01919282. He asked me to wait 72 hours(i.e 11th june)
                          11 June 2022- I called and asked for the update, They said that the order has not been returned to the warehouse. And this update happened only after I called them and asked about it. It took the backend team 12 days just to figure out that order has not returned back. A new complaint was again registered for the issues of item not been returned to warehouse. Complaint id - COM01922030
                          12 June 2022 - I called again and asked to answer this careless behavior. So, I asked them to connect me with a senior officer. I got a call back. She assured me that things will be solved quickly and someone from the backend team(if it exists) will call me daily and give me update for my complaint. She asked me to wait 72 hours MAX and my complaint will be resolved(i.e 14 June).
                          13 June 2022 - I called to get the update but no benefit.
                          14 June 2022 - 72 hours are over and no backend team contacted me for anything. I called and all I got is that they don't have any update some invisible team is working on it. I again asked to schedule the call with a senior but no one called.
                          15 June 2022 - I talked to my parents for like 5-10 minutes. and I talked to reliance digital customer care for like 40-45 minutes.(now its a daily routine) Now 72+24 hours are done still no update. My call for a senior person has been scheduled around 6-7 times but no one has called even till now. And there is one awesome strategy customer care people are using. At around 2pm they scheduled my call with senior and asked me to wait for 1 hour. I waited of course no one called as expected. Then I called again my call was again rescheduled and I was asked to wait again for 1 hour. This same cycle happened 4, 5 times and at 7 PM they said that closing time is 7:30 now call cannot be arranged. I have to now wait for another day. This happened on 14th June also.
                          16 June 2022 - 72+48 hours has been passes and still no update from any team. Customer care people are clueless and I don't know what to do. I mailed the head then one more compliant got filed. NOw 2 complaints are open but no one is working in them.
                          After that lot of things happened I ma tired can't write all but there few calls from seniors some mails to CEO but these people don't even know were the product is. All of them are clueless.

                          BEST PART: Bill is created and I am paying EMI's for this.

                          Message from above: If any of these people are a believer I am pretty sure they will rott in hell.

                                They sold defective product with intentionally, refused for return/refund, informing to visit service centre.

                                What sort of cheating business is it to sell defective product.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  I placed the order for Samsung Galaxy M11 on 27th June 2021 through online. I went to Reliance Digital AnnaNagar, Chennai for Pickup. No new product was available at the pickup store only the display piece was available. I have asked the cancellation of order, then the store person tried cancelling the order. He couldn't do it. He has asked us to get in touch with Customer care and as per their advice. I have initiated the cancel order through email (29-Jun-2021). As, in the tool it was not allowing me to cancel it.

                                  From 29th Jun 2021 onwards, i have been chasing to get back my money. But, unfortunately i didn't get it till date. I have written email to
                                  1. 'Reliance Digital'
                                  2. 'cshead.reliancedigital'
                                  3. 'BM BADE' (Contact person - Ritu Manhas)

                                  Each time, it reaches different person and i have not yet got the money back.

                                  It would be helpful, if this gets to the highest level of attention and it would be grateful if i get my money.

                                    I am writing regarding the trailing order of a television set that has not been delivered even after more than 150 days of placing the order, while the original delivery was supposed to have been made 1 business day.

                                    This order was placed by my father Mr. Dhanunjaya Rao Chintada, who is a retired central government employee with the Income Tax Tribunal and is a senior citizen over 70 years of age. He had multiple call with your customer care team who just kept giving him false promises but the TV was never delivered. He even requested the order to be cancelled and he be refunded the money, but to no vain.

                                    After being utterly frustrated with Reliance team, he informed me of this situation last Saturday, April 02, 2022. I had personally called the Customer Service and the executive apologized and maintained that he could not transfer the call to his supervisor, but understands the gravity of the situation and will arrange for a call back from his supervisor on priority. This call never came!
                                    Since then I have been following up with Reliance Digital for over 75 days and no use. I feel the response comes from AI Bot and not a CC person. Always a generic copy paste email and no action.

                                    This is extremely frustrating and unexpected from Reliance group! .I originally request to kindly resolve this issue by either delivering the TV within next 48 hours or refund his money with an interest cum penalty of 18%. But given my loss of time and fraud Reliance had done, I want to claim compensation of Rs 10 lakhs beyond the refund with interest.

                                    The grievance resolution process outlined in Reliance Digital website is a fraud and the email are not escalated to head of CC or CEO as mentioned in the email. It is defrauding the public and the company should be penalized for this.


                                    I hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest.

                                      Ordered a headphone online. Delivery guy assigned by company didn’t came but sent some other guy for delivery. Opened my package and I found dirty headphone and semi damaged box.
                                      Called the company to inform about all this and got to hear to complain directly to the headphones manufacturer and send the confirmation details to reliance digital.
