Dear Sir/Mam,
I placed the order for Samsung Galaxy M11 on 27th June 2021 through online. I went to Reliance Digital AnnaNagar, Chennai for Pickup. No new product was available at the pickup store only the display piece was available. I have asked the cancellation of order, then the store person tried cancelling the order. He couldn't do it. He has asked us to get in touch with Customer care and as per their advice. I have initiated the cancel order through email (29-Jun-2021). As, in the tool it was not allowing me to cancel it.
From 29th Jun 2021 onwards, i have been chasing to get back my money. But, unfortunately i didn't get it till date. I have written email to
1. 'Reliance Digital'
2. 'cshead.reliancedigital'
3. 'BM BADE' (Contact person - Ritu Manhas)
Each time, it reaches different person and i have not yet got the money back.
It would be helpful, if this gets to the highest level of attention and it would be grateful if i get my money.
