Religare Health Insurance Claim no :[protected] Insurance policy[protected] Client ID : 51964829 I BOUGHT 5 POLICY FROM RALIGARE and My mother was admitted to APPOLO for in Emergency condition on11/11/16 at 7.-8 PM I made a claim for reimbursement and sent all the required documents to Religare. But my claim has been rejected with reason "INVESTIGATION AND EVALUATION NOT COVERED " They are saying that I could have been treated in OPD and admission was not required. I went to hospital at8pm in emergency condition. MY CELL NUMBER IS [protected] THis is totally Wrong Decision from your Claim team ...I bought 5 Policy Individual and one of them one case yesterday you not passed and when i bought this policy you committed very high promises but this is fake please answer me in this ...this is totally genuine case this is not fake case /...call me urgently i have applied for claim in Religare Health Insurance Company Ltd on 14-Nov-2016 as a nominee (M.V.Patel). I have Submitted all the documents and the company is not responding my mails ...company delayed a lot for making any decision. I have all the receiving of documents enclosed with this mail. I have submitted documents by Email our Hospital...now they are admitted on phone that no further document required (I have all phone recordings). But still Religare is not responding on my mails... After 1st document submission 14/11/16, I received a query for 1 document from Religare that I have submitted onSame Time After that on we are ready to Discharge On 12.39 our Hospital mail to discharge and pre-Autho. again receive a query (that consist of some repeated request for the documents I have already Submitted ) from Religare, I have clarified each and every point on mail, but Religare didn't respond that mail also. VERY THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE THEY PUT ON HOLD 30 MINITS EVERY TIME AND ITRIED 5 TIMES IN A DAY... PLEASE DON"T BUY RALIGARE Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had applied for cashless as I am admitted in the hospital but it was rejected saying I had a pre condition.I have a declaration that I have no pre condition and it was wrongly written in the papers.I re requested them with a declaration but it was still rejected for cashless.
