This company Rentomojo should be seriously investigated by concerned authorities as it seriously lacks ethics and integrity which is absent even in the senior management. My whole deposit of INR 7500 has not been refunded and am asked to pay more 1350/- more. This company is a black spot in the country's start-up growth story and is run by dishonest entrepreneurs.

Rentmojo charges advance rental. It charged me on 1st of January and i requested the relocation on 2nd January and the place where we shifted there the owner's grandfather expired they left for another city and hence couldn't provide us the rental agreement.
Now as there was no rental agreement Rent mojo took the stuff with them and kept it in their warehouse, its been 10 days now and we are not sure as to when we will get the rent agreement as the house owner is in another city. Now we are here without furniture that's the biggest inconvenience and above that if even the agreement come by the end of this month, Rentmojo will charge us that monthly rent for nothing and if we try to cancel this service they wont return the deposit, as we booked it for was 12 months and we could only use it for 4-5 months.
you should try to make your customer satisfied.
I would rather use Furlenco than use these kinda (Rentmojo) company's services who never look for win win situation for their company and customers but rather are into win loose.
dont care for customer satisfaction at all.
