My mother mrs. Manisha jadhav was in australia during demonitisation time, when she came back in january, she completed all the formalities at airport according to the rbi guidelines. She had 15500 rs old currency with her, after completing all the procedure at airport she deposited the old notes in rbi nagpur, again completing all the procedure as guided. The slip no, is ngp=322-r dated 13 =2 - 2017. She was told that the money will be deposited in her account within 2 to 3 weeks time, the account no. Was mentioned in the form which she submitted along with the old currency notes. Now that almost 5 months are complete after deposit of old notes, the money is not deposited in account and also there is no notification about it. On top of this, when i went to enquire in rbi nagpur the staff told us that receiving money was done from nagpur and refund will be deposited by rbi mumbai, with bold letters they have written two custom care numbers on which no one reply even after calling for 100 times during office hours.
The great service of rbi and acche din of demonitisation,. Is this the way government is going to improve the economy?

    Yesterday i got the following male

    Dear beneficiary,
    The foreign exchange transfer department (Rbi) hereby bring to your attention of the payment of your deposited fund here in the rbi, your email-id were listed as a beneficiary in the recent schedule for payment of 75lakhs award incurred by the reserve bank of india (B. B. I) and united nation organisation (U. N. O), rbi selects all the email addresses of people that are active online among the millions that subscribed e-mails - from data base, shine job, naukri, monster and few from other e-mail site.
    Rbi select email addresses of those who were active online through electronic ballot machine among the people online on the draw date, your email-id was among the selected winners of no.9 attached to: rbi/09/cb/4100
    And 12 people were selected every one year to benefit from this promotion.
    The reserve bank of india (Rbi) governor, dr. Urjit patel and mr. Gutaers secretary-general of the united nations met with the tax committee on finance rbi mumbai/delhi branch regarding this promotion at the end of the meeting (Rbi) governor, dr. Urjit patel mandated all the beneficiaries to claim their prizes very urgent, stating that it is an unfair practice to withhold funds for government basket for one reason or the other for tax accumulations.

    Therefore, we are writing this email to inform you that (75lakhs rupees) seventy five lakhs rupees will be release to your personal bank account as it was committed by (Rbi) governor.

      श्रीमान जी मेरा, hdfc bank bharatpur rajasthan में बचत खाता ([protected]) है। जिसमे आए दिन ऑटो विभिन्न कटौतियां होती रहती है। जबकि वित्त मंत्रालय के अनुसार कटोटियों के लिए कई बार मना किया जा चुका है, फिर भी में उक्त अपने बचत खाते की कटौती से परेशान हूँ। जिसके सन्दर्भ में जानकारी के लिए बैक में भी गया लेकिन जवाब सन्तुष्टपूर्वक नही दिया गया, इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है कि इस मामले में उचित कार्यवाही करवाने की कृपा करें। साथ ही की गई कार्यवाही से मुझे अवगत करवाने की कृपा करें।
      उक्त कारवाही के सन्दर्भ में मुझे एच.डी.एफ.सी. बैक के कस्टमर केयर से आज दिनाक 27.06.2017 को फोन आया, जिनके द्वारा उक्त शिकायत के अलावा अन्य सवाल किए जा रहे थे, जबकि मेरी मूल शिकायत ऑटो डिडक्शन से है। प्रतीत हो रहा है कि एच.डी.एफ.सी बैंक के द्वारा केवल फॉर्मेलिटी की जा रही है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस मामले में पुनः कार्यवाही करवाना सुनिश्चित करने की कृपा करें।

          Today i got a call [protected] from that number who was asking me about my sbi atm details by saying that my account and card will be blocked since my kyc wasn't meeting the required details.
          Kindly, register that number and hand it over to police as he was abusing me for not giving the details. My truecaller app is showing the name as amrit and the location was from patna, bihar.

            My son in law is staying in usa since last several years and he has no aadhaar card
            When he opened a nre savings a/c with sbi, there was no aadhaar card. He is sending money to his old parents through this s/b account,
            As per your latest guidelines, all s/b a/cs have to be linked with aadhaar card by december, 2017.
            However, he will be visiting india, probably in march, 2018.
            Kindly intimate whether operation in the s/b a/c will be ceased after december.2017 or there will be relaxation in nre a/cs.
            As will be staying for two weeks only, it may be difficult for him to enroll himself for aadhaar card, as it is generally done in a camp organised by banks or other govt, agencies. Kindly advise what to do in such eventuality.

              I am venkanna pittala using sbi credit card last three years. Now on[protected], at afternoon about[protected]hrs pm i came to know through sms that several illegal transactions (From google *droid hen g.co/payhelp#us & google *octro inc g.co/payhelp#us) have been carried out from my sbi bank credit card account with out my any intimation. I have not share any "otp" or any password regarding above said transactions. I have already lodge complaint through customer care of sbi credit card cell as well as in e_mail, interaction id - 1-[protected]. As this is security problems of bank side, you are requested to take necessary action regarding this type of fraud illegal transactions and order bank to revert back whole amount for above said of all illegal transactions

                I have submitted my check to pnb on 31/5/2017 but it has not yet been cleared by sbi and the bank is also not providing any satisfactory reason. It has been over a month since the cheques have been submitted. Why are the government agencies behaving so irresponsibily? It is my due request to you to please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                  Sir, i had done shoping of 38, 000/from sbi credit card in aug-2016. I 'm paying my all mnimum balance in the bill. Till date i have already paid rs.34000/but amount never gets deducted still it 40, 000/ in may bill. I have written mail to ceo sbi card but he gives many taxes, penalties the reason. If i pay 40, 000 then total amount will 78000/. Plz resolve.

                  i have been mailing to many forums to resolve my issue but all are giving ready made script of horrible taxes and penalties which was never explained while giving us credit card.Request you to handle it and resolve the issue at the earliest.Dear Sir/Madam,
                  My Card No-[protected] had done shopping of Rs.38000/ Approximately in August 2016.Due to insufficient balance i could not pay whole amount from my account however i paid all minimum amount to be paid as per the statement generated.

                  Till June 2017 i have paid Rs.34463.24/ (as monthly minimum amount) but still my balance needs to be paid is Rs.40400/

                  Now i want to pay total amount and close this credit card.Where is my Rs.34, 463/ being deducted?If it is so then am i paying Rs.nearly 80, 000/?for the shopping i have done of Rs.38000? More then double? Is this justified? You all never explained while filling the form or giving us SBI Card which was done in half day.I don't Know how you function and what are your Business Rule (Which was not explained nor given any paper).I'm fellow Indian trying to survive and adopting the changes of Digital India but this type of e-transaction will make another suicidal syndrome across the country.

                    I am also using SBI card since 5 - 6 years and at morning 2:30 am June 24/06/2017 there are several transactions of 12900 * 5 and 6400* 2 a total of 78, 300. I registered the complaint with the SBI card.

                        I am really fade up with dena bank services, i was purchased some product from dmart store and that time i will paid in debit card from dena bank, merchandise swapped in one time but due to technical issue or any other issue i have received two messages for deduction my amount (Rs 662), in that time dmart store manager said it will reversal within 48 hours or max by 7days, but it was not reversal on 7 days then i will go in dena bank for my payment reversal but dena bank employees said that your payment was claimed by merchandise so it will not refund.

                        I was go in dmart and ask for the my refund and he give in written we are not claimed that amount which copy i attached for your better reference, then i will go again in dena bank and show the letter after that she was told me please fill the complaint form and it will be refund in 26 days. He was given the same on written but still my refund was not clear, yesterday i will call the dena bank for my refund and manager said that i don’t have any update because it was pending from ho, now please help me when we go and ask for my refund???

                          I was not in india from 8th oct 2016 till 19th jan 2017. I deposited rs 84000/- in rbi mumbai on 6th march 2017 vide their receipt r-6-68. Obviously all required documents were submitted and all required formalities were completed. Rbi will not accept the old notes otherwise.
                          It is more than 100 day now, but money is not credited to my account.
                          Government is too much talking about good governance but it seems rbi will never improve. As i notice consumer's satisfaction level about rbi is only 2 percent.
                          I have written many letters (Emails) to rbi office, rbi governor's office and even pm's office. It is sad that none of them have replied. Regards arun karmarkar

                            Today i receive phone call from [protected] and introduce him self as a manager from rbi and he said all my atm call we be locked from today onward. To avoid such kind of lock he wants me to give my pan card number and aadhar card details and my dob.
                            I didn't share anything to him. I replied him that if required i will submit all required details to banks directly.
                            He said all my accounts and atm cards will not work from today on wards and cut my call immediately.
                            I hope he is 100% fraud and kindly secure other people from him.

                              I have saving a/c. With maratha sahakari bank and have fd's which matured but not getting fund credited due to rbi recovery. There for requesting status of recovery as well as when bank will function normal, please help for the same to get back our hard earn money. Because bankers unable to giving right information to a/c.                               Dear sir/madam,
                              I also have saving RD account with maratha sahakari bank which is matured but not getting fund credited due to RBI recovery. My RD fund was matured in Noveber 2016. Total Matured ammount is 125000. I got only 40000 in month in 2 parts of 20000 each. First part after 5 months of RBI direction and second part after 7 months of RBI direction.

                              They give us new date and convert remaining amount in fix deposite with 4% interest. On last two renewal they gave us 20000 each time but this time on date 14/7/2017 they didn't give any amount and extended the date after 45 days from 14/7/2017.

                              It is our hard earned money and we're struggling to get our own money. Employees are not giving proper satisfactory responce.

                              I have an account with my mother at the Maratha Sarkari Bank in Andheri east shere Punjab soc Mumbai 93. My mother who is a senior citizen in good faith and trust opened FD accounts at the bank. The bank is now facing recovery issues and we have our money stuck which is more than 2 lacs. We got some money the remaining money is still not given by the bank. When I ask no answer they don't know. Im not asking a loan its our hard earned money and that too of a senior citizen. Loosing trust with banks where in we put our hard earned money because of some people we suffer if bank has issues the money should be returned. I need on this please it has been a long time I have kept quite but no longer again its no loan its hard earned money and my money and my right.

                                When i got my pass book for the sb ac maintained in your branch today 20.06.2017, i found two debit entries to the tune of rs.23.00 each (Total rs.46) in the name of atm fee mnemonic against atm withdrawal i have done on 17.01.2017 at 17:30:40:03 hours against atm withdrawal of rs. 1000/- transaction id[protected] and 17:13:41:02 hours against atm withdrawal of rs.1500/- transaction id 13411431.

                                As you are well aware that this period falls after demonetization of rs.500/- and rs.1000/- currency and the government of india has issued instructions not to levy any atm withdrawal charges up to 31.01.2017, i request you to kindly give me credit of rs.46/- to my sb ac no.[protected] at your earliest and oblige.

                                This request is made as per oral advice by the sr. Manager himself on 20.06.2017 at the branch.

                                  I as nri deposited my rs 3000 in rbi after 12 hours standing in line on 20th feb 2017 but till date no any email confirmation about my money and even not deposited to my account.

                                  If educated person do not get currency change how our country literate elderly indians got money exchange in new currency. I have seen many peoples crying by mistaken ladies kept some money hide in home now it was use less and no buddy was ready to help them. Our nation is belong to all indians and if government not able help the peoples it is failure of government as our poor indian smile and happiness is only can be achievement of any government.

                                  Reserve Bank of India [RBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have been sending emails, and reminder letters by registered post acknowledgement, to RBI, Fort, Mumbai about the non receipt my payment against the currency notes worth Rs.3500/-, (5x500+1x1000) deposited at RBI, Fort, Mumbai under days serial no.192 on 13.01.2017. I have send to these reminders to RBI complaint cell
                                  as well as to the other email IDs of the RBI fort office Mumbai.
                                  Unfortunately none of these email ID holders did not do anything, not even sent return mail with any message on the subject. If the person who received these reminders is not dealing with subject they should made it known to me instead of sitting like an insane fellow.
                                  I haved bitter experience with the government people treatment to common people and the rbi seems to a step ahead of all of them.
                                  All these government officers are making the life ordinary people miserable, reducing the country as Bannana Republic! Sad

                                    Dear sir, I have issued a credit card from hdfc bank but the bank has been registered auto debit without knowing me and phone coming from hdfc bank and told me that they will charge around 11500. 0 against some insurance policy whereas I am not interested for any policy against my credit card. So please help me in this case.

                                      I was in india but from 18 nov.2016 to 21nov.2016 & from 31/12/2016 to 14/01/2016 in this period. I came to india on 18th nov.2016 for performing my late husband mr. Shekhar bhanuvanshe last rituals. I was in india up to 21/11/2016. Again i came to india on 31/12/2017 as my father was hospitalized.
                                      Kindly consider my application on humanitarian basis & credit the amount rs.7, 500/- to my account. Kindly find my enclosed husband death certificate & my passport copy for entry & exit stamp.

                                      Dear sir, maine paytm k through 9600rs me bus ticket book kiya, ek to bina inform kiye hi bus cancel kar diya gaya aur cancelletion k baad bhi bus me booking hoti rahi. paytm customer care se kai baar baat karne par bhi payment refund karne ki koi responsibility nahi le rahe. kya aise fraud company k haathon aam janta bewkuf nahi ban rahi hai?
