Dear case officer,
I anurag ralhan, holder of sbi account number-[protected], ifsc-sbin0001508 would like to raise a dispute regarding the non-credit of refund payment made by flipkart to my od account which has been closed on 12th april 2017.

I have purchased total of 9 ucb sweaters for rs 12003/- on sat 1st april, 2017 under order id od[protected]. Out of which i have returned 6 sweaters due to size and quality issues on 4th april 2017 and so. On 12th april, 2017, i have closed this account. While checking my bank statement, i get to know that i have received refund only for 4 sweaters, details of which are mentioned in attached excel sheet with product id, receipt number and transaction dates and numbers.

On following up this matter with flipkart, i have been told that they have made last two payments of rs1345/- each on 10th april 2017 under following details:-

Refund date and time: 10 apr 17 01:55:01 pm and 10 apr 17 01:55:02 pm

    There is a huge amount of coins in Indian market after the demonetization. When people are withdrawing money from their bank accounts, Banks give upto 40, 000 rupees in coins. But they refuse to deposit coins even 500 rupees. Every vendor & shopkeeper have 5, 000 to 40, 000 rupees coins thus they’re refusing to take coins from customers. It’s also a big question to beggers, they only have coins. What public can do now?

      All banks are charging heavy charges
      Please view as poor customer, why heavy charges for ATM no employee required hear for withdrawn and banks not putting sufficient cash in ATM then why charges for transactions, banks are legally not authorized to tell customers to maintain
      Minimum balance.and again please review this charges.as poor customers.

          I got a call from [protected] asking regarding bank details. They said my card was blocked, asking for atm card valid thru date. I asked them which bank. They said sbi. I said i had no sbi atm, then in return they asked me about which bank u have, i got them so i answered him falsely saying kotak, then he is asking about atm details of it. I got him and scolded and put down the phone. Iam dr. Chakravarthy and my no. Is [protected]

            Dear Official,

            Recently I was given Rs. 2000/- denomination of Rs. 10/- coins in a sealed cover printed (Hyderabad Mint) but unfortunately in Hyderabad and karnataka none are accepting these Rs. 10/- coins (year 2016 is printed on coins). I tried to pay my bills at Electricity bills, water bills and even tried at post office, no one is accepting.
            Reserve Bank of India [RBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            We made a online transaction month before in ludhiana but there is problem in traction from uco we visit so many time to branch nya gaun near chabdigarh but there beahavour is so rude. Even now they are nit speaks to us in a good manner its more that one half months. Please do the need full otherwise we are going to consumer court.

              Just 2 hour back i have got a call from unknown number ([protected]) call. He is asking me. Are you using any atm card?. I am saying yes. But who are you? He is told me. I m calling from sbi head office mumbai branch manager. When i checked in true caller this number was showing on mr lalit from bihar. He said your atm card will lock if aadhar will not update and your fund will transfer to govt. If you want to reopen this card than. Please give me some question answer. I m say yes. Then he is asking me about atm card information like. Card number, validity date, and bank name, cvv number. Etc. I know this is a fraud call.
              When i call back on this number then he was arguing with me, i asked his employees code also then he disconnect my call and now when i am calling on this number then he is not picking my calls.
              If this is a fraud call then he should be punish like a terrorist

                  Being a customer since 1989 facing terrible experiences in your esteemed organization.
                  In kolkata, parnasree branch (Pincode-700060) few things would like to mention as i have been experiencing for last few years:
                  Managers/staffs are non cooperative, unprofessional and talk with a customers such a way it gives a negative feeling.

                  I am looking to apply for new debit card as the old one has been expired but even after requests/visiting banks they are not doing anything as they are saying the concern person is not available, once he comes then we would take a request for the atm card.

                  My question how is it accepted and taken as a practice like this? Why a customer should wait if any of employee on leave? Why can't another person would be delegated the work to provide and continue the banking services?

                  More importantly how a service can be stopped/paused like this during the working days.
                  The branch manager has lot of ego problem instead of provide effective and quality service to customers and most of the staffs are better not to talk about them.

                  May i expect a justified and acceptable clarification to ensure for receiving quality and timely service?

                          I returned from abroad on 09.01.2017. Based on the instruction given by rbi, i returned rs.29500/- (17x500 and 21x1000) to rbi, chennai, after filling the necessary form and providing the documents on 27.1.2017. (Ref. No. Che002407 dt. 27.1.2017). It is more than 3 months, till the money has not been credited into my savings bank a/c. Request to credit the amount immediately and inform me the action taken.

                            On[protected] early morning between 5.30 am to 5.45 am when I was in deep sleep some unknown criminal was misused my credit card details and done 2 Transactions of Rs.26000/- each (Total 52, 000/- rupees) and when they tried for an another transaction (third time) of Rs.26000/- the icici bank had proactively blocked the card at 6 am itself suspecting the continuous transactions. On wake up at about 6.30 am I was shocked to notice all the above I had lodged my Transaction Dispute Claim with ICICI BANK under SR.[protected]. My card no. is [protected]. The bank after a period of 1 week gave temporary charge back of Rs.52, 000/- My dispute is still open and yet to be resolved. As the merchant name is: GOOGLE OCTRO INC., I called them and verified from them that the transactions were done by some criminals from outside INDIA. and advised me not to worry and the ICICI BANK will be resolved this. I had also made my complaint to with Tamil nadu Police Cyber Crime Department and the Commisioner of Police, Egmore, Chennai 8 regarding the above disputes.                             Hdfc bank is refusing to give credit card statement to me for the past few months. I'm willing to pay the due but they are not responding . They are sending persons to collect min. Due amount only. Due to this i may be charged interest multiple times . Please save me.

                              I had just receive the fake call form my bank i. E axis bank ltd, regarding the verification of the atm, atm card validity etc from the no. [protected].

                              The person who is taking to me in a very nonse manner. I should just request you to trace this mobiles no as well the person taking to me named as rahul...

                              As i am holder of the saving account in this bank.
                              Kindly look into the matter seriously.

                                [protected] got call from this number... Calling as bank manager... Asking for atm card details.. When i told i will report your number he gave me a rape threat in cheap language... Please do something against all these.. This is the second time i am getting such call... As no action is being taken against all such activities those monsters dared to even give a rape threat... Is this my country?? Will you ever care for these problems with common people

                                    I pankaj aggarwal had taken loan from hdfc bank on 2nd may 2017 of 80 lakhs, my loan account number is 82473331.

                                    I received loan on 2nd may 2017, just 5 days back and bank has charged with pre interest of rs 21000/- and also saying that hdfc bank will deduct my 1st emi on 7th may 2017.. I. E just after 5 days of crediting loan amount...
                                    According to hdfc bank they had approved my loan on 27th march 2017... But amount deposited in my account on 02th may 2017... And they will charge me for all these days... Even though i received payment after 37 days... This is unfair if bank will charge me for this period and i am not in position of paying emi immediately after 5 days of receiving the loan... Kindly help me on this.

                                      I am hussain. From hyderbad. Today when i tried to purchase watermelon [at sri sai manikanta super market, gulmohar park, serilingampally 500019], for 50rs and i have given rs, 20 note and three rs, 10 coins but teh shopkeeper blindly rejected the coins.. I explained rbi resent comments.. But he said they will not take rs. 10 coins... I have taken the video conversation and i have told him that i will clomplain,, but has't bothered about it

                                        I am Tejas Shah from Pune. I have applied for Education Loan of Rs 18 lakhs for pursuing Masters in Ireland in the first week of March at Pimple Saudagar Branch, Pune after discussion with the branch manager.

                                        I was promised that the processing of the same would be completed in 30 working days. Despite of submitting all the necessary documents on time and cheque for the processing fees, the service from the bank has been really disappointing.

                                        The bank didnot even start processing from their side till last week(12th April) after I visted the RACPAC . I have personally visited the branch 6-7 times and each and every time, they had a false promise or an excuse (e.g. Busy with March ending, Busy with financial year audits, Would request processing officer to process it faster etc)..

                                        Finally, I asked them the details of RACPAC location and I personally went at the RACPAC to check the status of the application. I found that these people had lost my file which consisted of signed cheques and very important documents of property and my academic and father's financial documents.

                                        They promised me to look into these and reverted back after few days. However, its almost 2 months and still no action is been taken.

                                        I am an IT working professional currently working and I have to resign the company and apply for visa, and all this process depends on the Loan and really important as its a question of my career. The visa application has already been started on 18th April and I am facing delays in everything just because of poor service given by the branch.

                                        The bank offical has visited my Residence for Valuation on 14th April. However, the search and valuation hasn't been submitted by branch despite of promising me to process the loan as quickly as possible.

                                        I have filed the application of the Education Loan on 4th March 2017.Me and my father personally visited RACPC office and checked that my file is logged in on 17th March 2017. All the documents and verification is been promptly done from my side.

                                        The RACPC as well as the branch has done the verification of my property (mortgage) ie 10 days ago by RACPC and around a month ago by Branch. However, the Loan is still not sanctioned I had already dropped complaint emails twice.

                                        RACPAC file had promised me to consider the delay and process the loan as soon as possible from their end.
